We are sports sailing enthusiasts who practice at the highest level
Being extremely exposed to the sun, we unfortunately had no other choice, until now, than to use sunscreens which seemed to us neither efficient nor ecological.
In 2016 we realized that 25,000 tonnes of sunscreen are dumped into the ocean every year and destroy corals.
Perfectionists, stubborn, we wanted to create the best sunscreen on the market. A sunscreen that is both the most protective against UVA and UVB rays but also the most respectful of the ocean.

The French Kiss sailboat
A little over thirty years ago, the whole of France dreamed of the America's Cup, behind Marc Pajot and French Kiss, his then revolutionary design sailboat, a true emblem of French know-how.

French Kiss remains a known and recognized symbol of excellence, both in France and around the world.

Designed by Philippe Briand, French Kiss was built a few kilometers from La Roche-sur-Yon, in Vendée, in the middle of the cows in a secret shed, by the Alubat shipyard.​

A handful of enthusiasts get together and put their hands in their pockets to bring this legendary sailboat back to life.
Why sunscreen?
Usually the big brands imagine with the manufacturers of sunscreens for the users.
We wanted to reverse this creative process by going to see the best laboratories with extremely precise specifications of what we wanted and, above all, what we didn't want.
For this we made a European tour of the laboratories.
Many offered the Ocean Friendly or Skin Safety label but without any real scientific studies. Finally, the laboratory that best met all our requirements was right next to us in the south of France .
After a few months of additional R&D and after the validation of the formulas by independent hospitals, we can say today, without blushing that we have one of the best sunscreens on the market.
We are proud to offer you a sunscreen with no impact on the environment, scientifically proven for the first time.
